Cortex v0.1.1

This release focuses on fixing Windows-related bugs around file handling and UI appearance, along with a batch of new features:

New

• Mermaid diagram support Render diagrams directly in the editor, or expand them into a separate tab for easier editing
• PDF viewer open PDFs in their own tab and work alongside your notes in another
• Math support in both Live Preview and Reading mode - Import/Export — notes can now be exported to HTML, PDF, and CSV, and imported from the same formats
• Drawing Excalidraw views are now integrated into the editor and can be opened in their own tab, so you can sketch while keeping your notes open elsewhere
